New Calling!

I don't know if it is aloud to annouce a new calling before we are technically sustained and set a part.. but I am so so excited!! We were called to be the sunbeam teachers:) We are going to have about 8ish... 3-4 year olds! I know that this doesn't sound like a dream calling but James and I love kids so much! I think that this calling is definately going to come with its challenges but we are seriously so excited!! We are planning on plenty of potty breaks, treats, coloring and silly songs:) But way excited!!

Sammantha Franklin

On Friday night James and I also got a new niece!! This is the first niece on James's side of the family and we LOVE her already!! Sammantha was born friday night just before 9:00pm. She is so beautiful. Her mommy (Aleesha) is such a trooper! This was her first baby and she did the whole thing completely natural! No pain meds! We are so so happy for Cam and Leesh and so glad to finally have Sammee here!!

James and his new niece. He was so cute with her... which totally makes me want to have a baby!! One day:) We have to finish school first so don't think I am going to make an announcement any time soon:)

Anyways... congrats Cam and Leesh she is so beautiful!!

Date Night!

On Friday night we went to dinner and to temple square with some friends! We had so much fun! We went to dinner at Training Table and then to see the lights. We were under the impression that the lights stayed on till mid night... but it turns out they turn off at ten. Which was about ten minutes after we got there:) It was fun anyways!! Thanks guys for a great night!

PICTURES!!

A few weeks ago we were able to take some pictures with Russ Dixon. We had such a blast and they turned out so good!! Thanks Russ for doing this for us!!!

THANKSGIVING!!!

I don't have any pictures to go along with this post but I want to post about our Thanksgiving. We were able to go out to Layton and be with the Rust family for Thanksgiving!! We had SO much fun! Dinner was AMAZING of course and it is so much fun to be with our family. Especially our little nephews! We love those little boys so so much! And we are so excited to get another nephew and another niece VERY SOON!!

I have so much to be grateful! I have an amazing family who is so supportive of me and so fun! I also have an incredible husband who is amazing. I know that I could have looked my whole life and never found another man like him. He is so sweet to me and so patient. He loves me and supports me unconditionally. He works so hard to support us and makes sure that we have the things that we need and want. I could never imagine my life without him. He is everything to me and I love him so much! I thank my Heavenly Father every day for allowing him to be in my life.

I have so much to be thankful for and I have so much that I could write on this post... but I wont bore anyone any longer. I just wanted everyone to know a few things that I am grateful for!!

Porter Jones Maxfield

On Tuesday November 17th my uncle Russell and his wife Brittany had a new baby.

Porter Jones Maxfield.

He is so so cute and so sweet!!

This baby has been a long time coming. Britt and Russ have tried so hard to have a baby and have struggled quite a bit. We are so happy that they were finally able to bring a little miracle into the world!! This little baby has brought so much joy into the Maxfield family and we are so so excited for them!!!

March of Dimes Dinner

On November 14th we were able to go to a March of Dimes benefit dinner. We had so so much fun!! It was pretty formal so we were able to get all dressed up and go try all kinds of yummy food!! We were able to go with James's parents and some good friends! It was so fun!!
